Only those whose heart has been consecrated,washed thoroughly in the blood of the lamb and have received a stamp of Son-ship are matter in the kingdom of God.

There is usually the need for development from son-ship to heir-ship. You are automatically son of God once you are born again, but there is need for fanning the fire for it to get burning till you become a heir.
